Shipping & returns

A quick overview of how shipping and returns work at habfat.

Shipping

Every cap ships from Canada. Shipping is a flat $5 CAD within Canada, and $10 to the rest of the world.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Caps must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Every cap is one size, so we don’t offer size exchanges, only refunds. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.

Damaged or wrong item

If your cap arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
